Help?! I can't remeber the name or the artist?!

ok so i was watching a music video today!. There is 4 guys in it and during the video they like take off layers of clothes and in the middle of the song like it turns blue and the guys have gloves that have like fish on the ends!? and all i can remember from the song is "HEY HEY HEY HEY" and at the end they all run off the screen!?
