Late 90's early 2000's rap song spelling out some words...?!

Please help!!! There a rap song that came out in the late 90's or early 00's!. The guy is skinny and has a dirty south kinda sound, high pitched nasally voice!.!.!.he's spelling something for a lot of the song, but I can't remember what it is (I know this doesn't help)!. I wanna say he's wearing either camo or green in the video and dog tags!.!.!.I loved this song and I just can't remember the tune of words and it's driving me insane!. Please help!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
