I like punk/goth/deathrock, I dont know if you do but if you were I have some recomendations:
Punk: The casualties, buzzcocks, the exploited, bad brains, circle jerks, rancid, dead kennedys, 7 seconds, kitchen and the plastic spoons(which in my opinion sounds more like gothrock), adam and the ants, the adolescents, anti flag, black flag, bad religion, SIOUXSIE AND THE BANSHEES, joy division
Goth/Deahtrock(just in case you didnt know deathrock is a mixture of punk and goth): CHRISTIAN DEATH(my ultimate favorite band), 45 grave, Sex Gang Children, Bauhaus(technically new wave but adopted by goth rockers0, the cure(same situation as bauhaus), london after midnight, fields of the nephelim(might be spelled wrong), danse society, the cramps, ALIEN SEX FIEND,
thats just a little bit of what I like and im glad you called those bands alternative instead of emo ; ) dont get me started on the now made up, now mainstream, distorted by mtv and hottopic, hypocritical, subcultureWww@Enter-QA@Com
