This can have risks because depending on who you get it from you could get viruses!.
If you download things from lime wire, even though it's free, it can be very poor quality and might not be the song/video that you were looking for!. eg!. it could be called "Disturbia" but end up being a different song altogether or a remix!.
Even though getting songs off the internet can cost, they are better quality!.
