I love Motown!.!.!. whether specifically the artists that were on the Motown label (i!.e!. Four Tops and The Supremes, both tied for my favorite Motown group) or groups/artists that embodied the "Motown sound!." At any rate, I adore it!.!.!. it takes me back like I was actually alive in the '60s!. Songs like Long Gone Lover, even though they're upbeat, practically send me into tears because they sound so beautiful!. And when I listen, I can't help but wonder what might have been had '60s society actually allowed those artists' talent to fully flourish!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Oh God yes!. I used to work at my dad's auto parts store and we used to listen to an "Oldies" station called WCBS - FM!. They used to have "Motown Monday's" and I would put stock away while singing Supremes songs pretending to be Diana Ross!
