Ashley Todd, 20-year-old college student from College Station, Texas, admitted Friday that the story was false and was being charged with making a false report to police, said Maurita Bryant, the assistant chief of the police department's investigations division!. Police doubted her story from the start, Bryant said!.

To try and look at why she did it is quite perplexing what on earth would make someone act in such a manner!. This has got tones of To Kill a Mockingbird written all over it!.

This election is really bringing out the crazies! I understand that this election is very serious and historical in several ways but I also think that there are a lot of people who are taking party/candidate loyalty to unnecessary extremes!. I even posted a question asking why both party's supporters were being so ugly with their attacks!. It still amazes me to what lengths people will go to in order to get their candidate elected!. I heard about that!. She later retracted her story!. She told the police that she was lying which was pretty much evident anyway!. She tried to write something on her face with a razor I think!.
