Question: I know you Guys know that Lil Wayne won Lyricist of the Year from BET!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.but I've heard a lot of Wayne fans, (I live in Miami, so there are more than a few) say that he didn't deserve it and only got it cuz of popularity!.!.!. SO my question is very simple: Do you think this is the straw that broke the camel's back!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I totally Agree with that Angel, it's sad that things like money, and ratings are taken into account when selecting the Lyricist of the Year, I mean that's a coveted award and should be much more valued and distinguished than ever before, especially with so few true Emcees in the game!.!. I'm not hating but Wayne didn't deserve that Award, period!.

first of all i dont even under stand "Do you think this is the straw that broke the camel's back!?"!. But i think he does deserve it because just listen to his songs u cant beat that!. ITs not just im clubbin with my hoes on my twnty fos its way better it has meaning and the rhymes are just amazing!. I think he deserved it!. His only competition THIS YEAR was Nas and TI and The Paper Trail dropped too late!. Wayne is a good lyricist and out of the quality albums that came out this year (Carter III, LAX, The Recession, Untitled, II Trill, The Paper Trail) it doesnt upset me that Wayne was judged the best lyricist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Cole's dialog before it was announced Wayne was "Lyricist of the Year "!.!.!.she said something to the effect of "y'all better step up your game, it's about lyrics" or something close!.!.!. and then they dropped the bomb!.!.!.Fact of the matter is this!.!.!.Wayne is cool, but he's not the best!.!.!.It was an obvious bias going on and Black Exploitation Television gave their core demographic just what they wanted!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
