Question: People You Know in Music Videos!?
Funny coming from a guy who always denounces MTV!. :) BUT!.!.!.
Do you know or have you ever seen people you know in music videos!? I would *guess* this one's sort of a long shot for most, but y'never know!.
Maybe YOU'VE been in a nationally-aired music vid' yourself!?!

In Ashford & Simpson's 1985 "Solid" video, I went to high school w/ the African American girl seen in Ashford's (the guy) arms!. Pause it at 3:13!.

Amazingly, the other one for me is from a RUSH video! "Superconductor"!. I used to work at a video store in the city back in the day & this girl was a fairly regular customer!. She came in one day & casually told me she was in a Rush video! I freaked & kept telling her how lucky she was!. She didn't seem phased much at all!. Guess she was randomly chosen & wasn't a huge Rush fan!.!.!.like me!. ;)
She has long brown hair & she's wearing a white t-shirt!. Pause it at the:
- :33 second mark!. She's behind the keyboards
- 1:01, she's the 3rd person from the right
-1:29, when the words, "Target on the market" appear!. She's right under the "R" in the word 'target'!.

I don't get to see music videos anymore, but looking around online I just saw a concert video of one of my high school friends as the new lead guitarist for the band Shinedown!.

Not sure how much (if any) national airplay this one got!. Most of the "extras" were friends of friends who were friends of friends of the band!. Everybody perty much knew everybody!.

Since someone on here actually posted this a few weeks ago after I had been searching for it for quite a while, at the very beginning of my freshman year of high school, we did a marching band fund raising thing which involved being in a music video!. We were in the video for the rather tragic cover of Another Brick in the Wall by Class of 99 which was in the movie The Faculty!. We are only in it for a few seconds toward the end, but there are quite a few people I know, including myself, in the video!.

I'm guessing the video came out in 1999!. I believe, although it's really difficult to see, that in the one shot where you actually see the marching band, that I am the one of the right playing the flute!. We actually got so bored waiting around, that we all learned how to play the main melody of the song by the time we actually shot that scene!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
