I call it that because a point i made about Chamillionaire in a group chat got me dunked on >_> even though i like his music!.
What do you think about artists that are CONSTANTLY being called underrated!? Especially when they have near-cult followings!.!.!. Does that make them overrated in a way!? Good examples are Chamillionaire,Elzhi,Rhymefest,Royce da 5,9,Canibus and Guru of Gangstarr (FYI, I like all the above artists)
I'm curious as to what people think!.!.

The main part of his fan base is people from Texas, Louisiana, the southern states!. I am a fan, and a Texan!.!.!.lol!. I dont think its him being under rated, I just dont think he gets as much recognition as a rapper would from NY, or Cali!. Now as far as in Texas goes, I do think he is a little over-rated if you narrowed it down to this state alone!.
