It's kind of hard to tell because of the weird angle!.!.!.but since it's a MySpace picture, try messaging the girl, she would probably know since she bought the shirt!. The face does look familiar though but I can't put a name to it!Www@Enter-QA@Com
im pretty sure its blondie and you can pick them up from loads of places but there are some great ones online just search band tees and you will find they are some really good vintage tees for a good price!.!.!.!. also try ebay i bought a vintage Clash T-shirt from ebay its such good quality and cheap!.
