a person with an unblemished talent somewhat tarnished temporarliy by a horrible ex husband and awful experiences (plus the drugs, can't begin to imagine the impact they might have had on her brain!.!.!.), still has that fiery gem of a voice inside of her in her mid 40s (some of the great female soul singers sang their best songs in their 50s and 60s!)
so could she over throw prissy kissy britney spears as THE COMEBACK of our modern era !?
I wouldn't write her off - for she is unirvalled and I don't honestly believe there are many out there today (an idiot will TRY to say leona lewis!.!.!.!.puh-leaze :-| ) who can match W!.H in her peak (early 90s)!.
Maria Carey they was over worked and exhausted, and got jaded fast!.
W!.H had her own reasons for falling right off the top of her perch!.

I think Whitney Houston will have the rest she deserves and needs, and then she will come back with avengance like always and knock a few spots of the likes of britney spears!. Whitney is a classic artist and there will always be room for her in the music bizz i reckon!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Part of me says she should try and make a comeback now that she is free of drugs and an awful husband but another says that she has suffered vocally and is unfit to sing again!.
To long resting and not singing means you can lose vocal ability but also the abuses of the past have taken there toll on her ageing vocal chords!.
It is my contention we have seen the best of her and she should retire wealthy and as how people best remembered her as a pop icon of the 1980's to 1990's!.
There is no reason why she couldn't mentor or judge in a realitytv show though if offered the opportunity!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
