He's talented, but I wouldn't say he's the best!. Maybe when it comes to mainstream rap or hip-hop some may agree with this statement!. But there's a lot of other equally talented performers out there!. Kool Herc started it all, and he has more talent in his little finger than half these guys!.!.!.yet I hardly hear him mentioned at all!.
