Question: Can anyone name this 90's song!?
Okay, so I have tried this before with no luck so I will try again, hoping not to get useless answers!.
So I heard this song in the 90's and it has been in my mind ever since!. Here are the facts:
It has a sampling of Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On"!.
There is what sounds like a xylophone in the background!.
The singer is male and I'm almost certain black as well!.
It's a mid-temp beat, very mellow, almost "reggae-ish"
I can only remember bits and pieces of the lyrics:
