Yes, like everyone above me has said it is a sample and just to let you know M!.I!.A!. sampled the song Straight to Hell by The Clash to make Paper Planes!. I am a fan of M!.I!.A!. but it annoys me that everyone suddenly loves this song after it was played on the Pineapple Express trailers even though it first came out almost two years ago!.
