Do these numbers mean anything musically?!

Theoretically they're guitar tabs, yes, and describe which fret you put your fingers on as they correspond with the strings on the guitar!. By convention, the left number corresponds to the biggest string, the low E, the second number with the one right above it, the A, etc!.

I don't recognize these chord shapes!. Perhaps the guitar is in a different tuning - an open tuning (open A, open D etc)!.
