Umm, when i read it like first i recognize the note if its a A/B/C/etc!.!. then find that note on piano so i read so slow and i read one at a time

There's nothing wrong with that at first, but this style of note recognition eventually becomes a problem because of chords!. Once you start running into multiple notes at the same time, you can't take the time to think of where every note is on the piano!. That's why it helps to learn via intervals!. Learn to recognize what octaves look like!. Learn to recognize thirds, and so on!. That way, you only have to recognize a single note of the chord, and just notice the intervals of the other notes!. That also allows you to more easily take your eyes off of the piano, and instead rely on feel, while your eyes stay on the music, sort of like typing on a computer!.
Eventually though, there should be no thought process at all!. With enough practice, you will simply see the notes and play it!. No thought whatsoever!. It's sort of like learning a language!. At first you have to think about the definition of the word and make sure you are right!. But eventually, it all becomes second nature!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

That's what i do but u need to make sure you r reading it the right way if not u will be learning it wrong

Looking at intervals is probably even better!.
