I have known plenty of musicians and usually the drums are the most physically demanding instrument in a band!. also there is a Zen to drumming, you have to let yourself go and almost forget what you're doing so you can do it well!. Good drumming is like a meditative state!. Drummers seem to develop a natural un-selfconsciousness, they are different from the other members of the band!.
It's certainly not abnormal, so by all means enjoy yourself!. I know the the drummers will enjoy the extra attention because they often feel over shadowed by the other members!.

Oh ya it's normal!. I've liked drummers since I was a little girl!. Don't know what it is though!. Maybe cause they work so hard! In fact i wanted my parents to buy me drums and never got them!. Oh well, I guess it woud have killed their ears!. So I did the next best thing and played on the pans and covers to them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
