Favourite bands/musicians and why?!

My favorite band is Nightwish!. They released their first album in 1996 and have only become stronger with age!. In fact, my favorite singer is Nightwish's old vocalist, Tarja Turunen!. Just imagine symphonic metal with an angel singing - that's how they sound, to me!.
