Answers:
That is the Prelude from the Bach G major suite for unaccompanied cello!.

Your question about tempo has no simple answer!.
The metronome was not invented until Beethoven's time,
so we don't know for sure how fast Bach's music should be played!.
Schweitzer says it should be played slower,
Landowska says it should be played faster!.
I like to savor every note, so I lean toward Schweitzer's position!.

I'm glad you're conscientious about use of the word "song!."
A couple of regular members chastize anyone who misuses the word!.
Since the word applies to a vocal composition,
an alternative word would be "piece" or "composition!."Www@Enter-QA@Com

Rather than get completely hung up on what tempo it should be played at, be sure you can play it well!. If you play at the tempo in the video and flub notes, you're playing too fast!. If you can play faster and not miss notes, it might be okay; though I really like the tempo in the video!.

If you're putting the piece in a program or announcing the title, I'd just use the title or "Prelude from J!.S!. Bach's Cello Suite Nr!. 1"

Sometimes less is more: How awkward is "I'm going to play the piece of music, that isn't a song, but part of a larger musical work, written to played on a solo musical instrument called the cello that was written by Bach to be played !.!.!.!.!.!. !?"Www@Enter-QA@Com
