Question: First guitar : acoustic or electric!?
What do you reckon!? I cant play!. But Im gonna learn how!. Lessons at school maybe!. A book for chords!. My best mate is good so he'll teach me!. I love the sound of electric guitars, but theyre harder to take places!. Even without the amp I love them to death!. But I wanna be able to take it to the beach and stuff so !.!.!. what should I do!? At least you cant get send inside an electric one!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Acoustic guitar!.
When you start playing the guitar, you need to enjoy the most out of each note that you play!. You will appreciate each single note with an acoustic guitar more so than an electric guitar!. This is because an electric guitar can have a 'dull' and 'unclear' sound if you do not know how to setup your amp and effects correctly!.
also if you buy a cheap acoustic guitar - it will still sound pretty decent, but buying a cheap electric guitar and amp can sound really awfull!.
Unless you have a lot of experience with playing an electric guitar, setting up amps and decent effect pedals, the sound on an electric guitar might turn you off a little, as it might sound to dull, toneless and that sort of thing!. The electric setup is complicated!.

I would go for accoustic!. It is a bit harder to get used to than electric because you have to press harder on the stings, but if you get good at accoustic electric comes easy, plus, unless its plugged into an amp electics aren't to great at hearing yourself play!.

Since you are just learning, you would probably want to start out with an acoustic!. They are cheaper (which is good in case you find out you don't want to learn to play anymore)!. also, they are tougher on your fingers, so you will build calluses up on your fingers quicker which means less pain time in the long run!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

you must get an acoustic and once you have gotten the feel of it and have been learning for a year or two depending on how fast you learn!. you can then learn electric, bass, rhythmic!.!. whatever!. bass is the easiest out of them because the parts you play are much more simple!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Choose acoustic!. If you start with electric you will pick up bad habits!. You won't if you start with acoustic!. Plus, acoustic teaches you all the basics so when you move onto electric, it'll be easy in comparison!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
get an acoustic, much better to learn on, and its MUCH easier to go from an acoustic to electric than an electric to acoustic!. Any musician will tell you this!Www@Enter-QA@Com
get an acoustic, its easier to pull off playing sloppy on an electric, the sound's not as clean, and as a beginner your gonna want to be as damn close to perfect as you can Www@Enter-QA@Com
