That's an interesting question, but I will gear my answer toward rappers!. I would say most rappers are in their prime at about 20 or 21, most rappers go downhill after their mid-twenties!. (I'm generalizing, of course, so please don't post answers like these: "HHRAC: Whut about Jay-z, ni99a!? Next time uze ur brain son!")
