Looking for a song???!

I don't know if any of you are familiar with Veronica Mars, but there is this one song that wasn't on the soundtrack that I have been trying to find!. It's played during one of Veronica's nightmares about the bus crash!. It's kind of techno, and has words sort of like, "Come on let's celebrate, we're gonna celebrate!."
