Question: I need some help with harmonica blues 12 bar!?

Answers:
I assume that you are playing your blues song in a cross harp manner!.
This means that to play in the key of C, you would be playing with a harp marked F!.
This means the 'chords' (single notes) would be 3 hole blow, 4 hole blow and 4 hole draw!. In other words notes C, F and G!.
Playing in a cross harp style means that you do a lot of drawing notes which means that it is much easier to bend notes to get that blues sound!.
If you are playing 'straight' then the key of C played on a C harmonica would be 4 hole blow, 5 hole draw and 6 hole blow!.
