My answer Led Zeppelin!. The Who are one of the founders of Rock, they, like the Beatles, took music to places it never went!. I acknowledge them as one of the Top Ten bands ever!. But Led Zeppelin did so many things that were also revolutionary to music!. Them along with Black Sabbath basically made what Rock/Metal is today!. The Who probably had an influence on what Zeppelin did and that is what makes Zeppelin the superior band!. Without the influence of earlier bands, like The Who, Zeppelin would not have done all of the amazing things they did!.
My point is basically the Who would have won, but their influence along with Jimmy Page's superior guitar playing, Robert Plant's amazing voice, and the whole bands great song writing ability make Zeppelin the winners of this question!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Now don't get me wrong, Led Zeppelin is a good band, but the who are obviously on a different level entirely!. The Who are easily better skill wise in every area but MAYBE guitar!. Every other instrument/vocals, the Who are the clear winner!. Of course, personal preference is ultimately what decides what is better for individuals!. if being better was based purely on musical talent, then Nickelback wouldn't sell more albums than hardly any band, much less all of them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Led Zeppelin!. The who isn't anywhere NEAR as good as Led Zeppelin, Ever hear of Eric Clapton!? He is also better than the who!. Similar music though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
