Question: Classical music has ruined me!. whatever shall I do to cope with this!?
When I was quite young I didn't like any of the stuff that was on the radio and I listened to Classical music all the time!.
And now it's ruined my taste in music, I can't listen to half the stuff that's popular because I can tell that there's no musicianship in it *cries*
What should I do about this terrible calamity which has befallen me!? Because I only listened to music when I was a kid, I can't enjoy the popular non-music now that I'm an adult!.

Screw fitting in!. My Mother was a Concert Pianist and I never fit in either!. And frankly I feel exactly that way about Musicianship!. I know it's a joke question but I sense a kernel of truth in there methinks!.

Anyway, I am also a music lover!. I enjoy from classic to some modern songs!. But most of it are from the classics!. Some people even wonder

The point it, you don't have to follow the "Trends" at this age!.
Try to be unique, there are tons of people who like modern songs and it's their choice!. You have a choice too!.
