It is cheesy and you will probably know it when you hear it, but it is the song you want!. a more modern one is Linkin Park's "Somewhere I Belong"!. "Marlene on the Wall"is a classic Susanne Vega song that would top it for me as the best of these, but as for the best musically, "Message in a bottle" by Sting!.
