When Rock and Roll first started, the Christians were calling it 'Devil Music'!. They somehow assumed it caused delinquency!.
When John Lennon was in art school, R&R was forbidden!.
When He later criticized the Beatlemania hype and hysteria, stating the fact that for so many people The Beatles were more popular than Jesus!. The Christians turned his words around trying to make it sound like He said They were better than God!. He never said such a thing!.

There's nothing "immoral" about playing a certain kind of music!. Can a tempo be wrong!? Can a certain note or instrument be immoral!? Can drums be unethical!? Ridiculous!. As long as the lyrics aren't hateful, you've got nothing to worry about!.

Rock and Roll has too many negative connotations with the wrong sort of people that Christianity does not and should not promote!. The lifestyle of many rock and rollers was less than impressive!.
