They are both great but Tarja's voice is more interesting!. I don't really like Epica either, they lack "wow"!.

Don't get me wrong, I like Simone well enough, but I am definitely a bigger Tarja fan!. I just love Tarja's voice!.!.!.!.it's so beautiful on songs like "Ghost Love Score" and "I Walk Alone"!.
I think one of her best performances came from the live version of "The Phantom of the Opera"!. I adore that cover!
