Do i need to re-set-up my guitar...and how?!

Question: Do i need to re-set-up my guitar!.!.!.and how!?
I recently started using 10s on as my guitar strings, the 10s with the heavy bottom, but i started to notice that when i bend on the high e-string on fret 18 and 19, the note cuts out and its not to do with the pressure or my technique, its the guitar making it do this!. Do i need to get my guitar set up again, if so what needs to be done and could i do it myself, if so how!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

People don't seem to like correct answers!.

the first one above is correct!.
It is almost impossible to tell you what the problem is, without actually seeing the guitar!.

CORRECT Diagnosing is 1/2 the job!.
When you change the gauge of strings, the neck will usually move a little,
it is reacting to the change is tension!.
We don't know if you went heavier, or lighter!.
Heavier gauges usually raise the strings a little, which would NOT usually cause a buzz, unless you are NOT pushing down hard enuff!.

Lighter strings will usually DROP the strings, resulting in buzzing,
you can adjust the neck,
(don't know what guitar you have, and NOT recommended for someone who hasn't done many )
Raise the bridge or saddle
(don't know which bridge you have)

OR, you might have a high/bad fret, which will mean it has to be shaved/dressed/leveled, again NOT recommended for a beginner, I doubt that you have the tools, and they would cost more than having a tech do it correctly the 1st time!.
(It is usually more expensive to have a tech repair something you messed up, than doing it right the first time)Www@Enter-QA@Com

My friend had the same problem and we never figured out what was causing it!. I'd take it to a guitar shop and have them tell you what the problem is!. Once they do, you can either do it yourself or have them do it!. Most guitar shops don't charge you diagnosing a problem!.
Hope I helped!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Your best bet is to take it into a professional and have them look at it!. There's no way to tell what the problem is yourself if you're asking on yahoo answers!. Check out http://www!.repairmyguitar!.com to find a shop near you!.
