Probably get some flack for my choice(s), but I've heard his "greater" symphonies so many times, that they no longer hold any interest for me: #-s 3,5,6,7 and 9!.
The only ones I listen to anymore are #-s 1, 2 and 4; here's a portion of #-2(I know, sounds very "Mozartian"):
