Do you think if Nas passed away around the same time as Pac he would get the sam!

Question: Do you think if Nas passed away around the same time as Pac he would get the same amount of respect!?
Answers:
Nas is one of the greatest rappers of all time, point blank!. At that time, he would have went out after "It was written"!. Name another artist who's first two albums were that hot!. I don't understand how someone can say that he isn't one of the greatest, if you say that, you obviously dint listen to lyrics!. Pac was always in the news, he was loud and outspoken!. Nas is rarely in the news, until recently, lyrically you would be hard pressed to find another artist with his lyrical ability!. He is the most under appreciated rapper of all time!. He said it himself "You should idolize Nas in the flesh, dint wait til I'm dead to say that I was the best"!. Its gone take years for some people to realize what he brings to the table!. I think he would get the same if not more respect as Pac, but he wouldn't have that cult following because people were obsessed with Pac's personal life, they lived through him because he was such a public figure!. Nas would be remembered for his lyrics and at the end of the day, that's all that mattersWww@Enter-QA@Com

He would have had 2 albums on his belt, and both of those albums were very good!. I would say he would get the respect due, but people would have the "what if" label on him!. He would be only 21 years old if he died in 1996!.

Illmatic was already considered a top album around the time it came out, so he would get more respect than what people are saying here!.

EDIT: Ruined - When "It Was Written" came out there was ALOT of hype with this album!. People expected a follow-up to "Illmatic"!. If I'm correct, this album's 3 x platinum!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

!.!.!.!.Are you kidding me!? NaS is already one of, if not the illest!.

If he died just after It was written!.!.!.!.He'd be the rap buddha!. The only thing tupac has IMO is his legacy!. If he was alive, he'd be like KRS one!. A has-been phenom who even the biggest punks would show no respect!. I apply that logic because it would basically be what i like to call "The Big L" or "Illmatic" effect!. ONE album and cemented as a rap great!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Nas does have a lot of respect!.!.!. he's just not as famous as Tupac!.

Regardless, Tupac doesn't get respect (or fame) just because he's dead!. He had a lot of respect (fame) while he was alive!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Probably not because Nas would have only put out two albums by then!.

He'd probably be remembered as "that artist that could have been amazing"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You mean Pac and Big!.!.!. And yes, i think he would!.!.!. Anyone who disagrees is either young, or they don't have the mental horsepower to understand lyrics!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
