Question: Was there any rapper more influential than Slick Rick!?
I have a bias because Slick Rick is one of greatest ever to me!.!.!. But, it seems he is VERY overlooked many times especially by hip-hop fans!.!.or critics!.!.!.
But when it comes to other rappers!.!.!.!. SO MANY talk about how Slick Rick was one of their inspirations!.!.!.!.!.
Whether its Nas, Q-Tip, Snoop Dogg etc!.!.!.
And I personally see the Slick Rick influence so many places and I'm wondering if there is ANY rapper who influenced more rappers than Rick The Ruler!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Slick Rick was indeed influential but there are many other rappers who influenced hip-hop when it comes to different aspects!. Without N!.W!.A!., there would be no cursing nor talk about street life in rap!. KRS and Big Daddy Kane brought knowledge and skills to the game and made rappers strive to be the best lyrically!. Too Short more than anyone brought sex and money talk into the game!. Run DMC brought rap to the commercial forefront and excellence in rap videos!.
