Sentenced is a great Finnish metal band!. They went from melodic death metal (early) to a sort of gothic metal (later) - I really like their newer stuff!. Unfortunately, they are no longer active!.

I mean, just listen to those vocals!. Went from that AGHHHHHH GARRRRR RAWWWWR stuff to nice, clean-y ones!. Even if they are a bit deep, lol!. I've got a slightly manly voice apparently (according to someone at school) and I can sing along to these types of songs haha!. (the 2nd one, NOT the 1rst song)
In fact, I daresay some of their later songs might even be radio-friendly!.

Many times!? I don't tend to listen to bands like that - I might like them for a specific sound, but I don't want a million other sounds as well (that's not why I was drawn to them in the first place)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Your point is true, but not for Metallica!. The very second Load was released, their sound changed!. They went from their heavy, thrashy sound to a crappy, mainstream dump!. Their new album, Death Magnetic, is still good!. It's louder, but it now has a little more thrash added into it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
