Google the harmonic series, and learn it!. This will help you to figure out ANY slide position for any note you need!. also, you could search for slide position charts, which should be available at any music store!. Your band director probably has them as well, and will be impressed by you asking for them, because it shows your interest in the instrument!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

low B flat - 1st
C - 6th
D -4th
E flat - 3rd
F - 1st
G - 4th
A - 2nd
B flat - 1st
you have to tighten your lips when playing different notes!. when playing:
low B flat - loose
C, D, E flat, F - tighten a little bit
G, A, B flat - tighten a bit more
