As far as we know, no!. There was a thing where he told some fan at a comic book signing mid last year that he was joining the band, but that's not a reliable source!. Speculation says he will join!.
I guess if the band want to incorporate more piano into their work that's good for them!. But as far as the fans are concerned we simply know that he is a touring member at current!. That is all!.

For his sake, I hope not!. My Chemical Romance is a terrible and commercial pop-punk band!. And yes, commercial anything-punk is a logical contradiction, as being commercial or 'pop' goes entirely against the whole concept of 'punk!.' Though I guess it doesn't matter anymore - punk's been dead since '77!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
