Hi guys, I don't have much information to go on but I hope someone can tell me the name of the song to go with these lyrics!.
See I watched the clip on Channel V and I didn't catch the name!. I also have fairly bad memory about the lyrics I heard and the information I give might not be very accurate!. Well here goes!.
OK, I remember these lines I think may be in them [with maybe slightly wording]!.
1!. The water's rising [I was fairly sure this was the actual name of the song but I seem wrong]
2!. The sun is shining [or something about the sun]
3!. They talk about the government in the song and today's citizens
4!. It is sung by a band
5!. The video clip is filmed outdoors
6!. It is a soft song with meaningful lyrics
7!. A different voice sings the chorus then the verses
