A girl who is lost, dazed, confused, out-of-it, or just plain stoned would have glazed, unfocused eyes, ones that are looking far-away!. That's at least the easiest interpretation!. It is a bit hard to tell without the context (ie the rest of the song lyrics) to judge by!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
