Question: I have a strong voice and I don't know what to sing for church choir tryout!. details below, please help!?
Songs like "Umbrella" (Mandy Moore version) are perfect for my voice!. i don't know what it is about that song, or songs by Beyonce Knowles, but I'm better able to sing them, and my voice can follow the song better!. I don't know if it's because my voice is like the above listed singers, or if it's just easier for me to emulate them, but i can sing those songs better than I can any other song!. Songs that are not strong sounding throughout are difficult for me to sing!. What church song (or version for me to look up) would you recommend!? I know I have a good singing voice, it's just that I know nothing about singing and I don't know how to adjust my voice much!. I know they can help me with that in the choir, but until then, I need to have a tryout song!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

One of my favorites is "Amazing Grace!." It shows off a powerful voices well, isn't too difficult, and it fits your requirements!.
