Well, Rosanne set out to purposely sing badly and make everyone get all huffy!.
William just had absolutely no clue that he was so bad and had no inhibitions to show the world what he could do!.
So my vote goes to William because the world would be a better place if people just went for it and had fun!
Though Rosanne was cool for gibbing the US national anthem!.!. which was a plagiarized from an old British drinking song "Anacreontic Song"

William Hung for sure!. He is sincere and honest in his performance, he really gives it his best!. Roseanne, on the other hand, was purposely being crass and disrespectful in her performance, she could have done a much better job, even if she can't carry a tune, and at least shown some respect for our country!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
