On the album 'Wish You Were Here', there is a short instrumental with something like a trumpet, or perhaps a keyboard, near or at the end of one side!.!.!.(g!.r!.r!.r!.r!.!.!.)
The opening notes are characteristic!.!.!. you can't fail to recognize the one I mean:

All the instrumentals on "Wish You Were Here" are different parts of the ongoing theme entitled "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" (written in tribute to former Pink Floyd member Syd Barrett)!. The end of Side One is "Welcome to the Machine," so that's not it!. Must be the last part of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" at the end of Side 2!.
The CD of "Wish You Were Here" has "Shine on You Crazy Diamond" sectioned off into Parts 1 through 5 (Track 1) and Parts 6 through 9 (Track 5)!. I'm betting it's Track 5 that you're after!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
