Answers:
A nylon stringed classical guitar is smaller than a steel string guitar!. The size is different because a classical guitar is meant to sit comfortably in your lap, and the large size of a steel string guitar makes it more difficult to do so!. Classical guitars have nylon strings because Classical Guitar is always played finger style, with no picks, and the reason that the strings are nylon make it easier on your fingers and won't cut them up!. Steel strings can be played finger style, but the steel strings really cut into your fingers, which is why picks are used for them!. Overall, classical guitar is more oriented for composers, and acoustic is a lot better for singers, in my opinion!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

in addition to using different strings, the fretboard on a classical is flatter and wider!.

finally, the two have completely different sounds!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

a classical guitar is an acoustic, but the major difference in acoustics is the strings, classical and spanish guitars have nylon strings on them the others usually called steel stings have metal onesWww@Enter-QA@Com

strings, classical guitar uses nylon strings!.!. compared to steel strings!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
