I know this is a vague description, but can you name this tune by a description?!


Question: I know this is a vague description, but can you name this tune by a description!?
It is just a fanfare type song!. It starts with three long notes by horns!.!.!.I don't think trumpets, perhaps french horns!. Then it has a note maybe half to quarter of the length follwed by another longer note!. The notes are a progression skipping a few steps getting higher!. At the end are tympanis playing!.

I would maybe describe the song as an "epic intro" to something!.
