I have the whole album on my iTunes and its "explosive!." Literally!
Each song has its own characteristics and "rawativitty" < if that's a word!. Trying to compare to Nirvana, grunge, etc !. !. !. meaning its great!. Screaming vocals, screeching guitar riffs/solos, pounding drums !. !. !. can't be any better and I know why it is one of the best rock albums of the 21st century so far!. I totally love this kind of music!.
Lullibies to Paralyze (for me) doesn't meet the same as SFTD!. I don't no why but, I can't get into it!. It seems on SFTD, they ran out on ideas for Lullabies to Paralyze!. Just my opinion!.

I like em both, but if I had to pick one it would be Song for the Deaf!.
Why because it was the first QOTSA album I bought, plus Dave Grohl and Mark Lanegan of Screaming Trees were members of QOTSA for that album!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
