Yes Biden clearly is more intelligent and knowledgeable than Palin!. Her interviews support this!. Everything she said at the debate was pre-written!.!.!.but not by her!. If you watch her interview with Katie Couric its obvious she has no idea what she's talking about!. Every time she answered she was saying the same thing but revolved around a different theme!. She even said "I may not answer the way the moderator wants, but I'm going to talk straight to the American people!."
