You can learn the intro to "Give A Little Bit"-Supertramp
(A, D, A, D, G, A, G, A)
You can also try "I Never Cry"-Alice Cooper http://www!.guitaretab!.com/c/cooper-alice!.!.!.
Hopefully you can read tabs!. But look at that and you can try just play the first 4 strings (ignoring the low strings E and A and it should still sound relatively the same)!.
also, "Nights In White Satin"-The Moody Blues
(Em D Em D
Nights in white satin never reaching the end
C G F Em
Letters I've written never meaning to send!.!.!.
CHORUS
A C
Cause I love you, yes I love you
Em D Em D
Ohhh how I love you
Wish You Were Here-Pink Floyd (C, D, Am, G, D, C, Am, G)
Mother-Pink Floyd (G, C, G, C, G, C, G, D, C, G)
Everybody Hurts-REM They play individual strings but just go through the D chord and G chord and then during the chorus they play the strings on the Em and A chords!.

The Scientist by Coldplay!.
Fun song to play, but you may need to work on the chord transitioning because you will need to do barre chords which are sometimes difficult for beginners
Chords are: Dm7, A#, F, Fsus2
Another simple song
Collide by Howie Day
simple to play all you need to is switch your index and middle finger!. Your pinky and ring finger stays on the 3 fret of of the B string and e string throughout the whole song (excluding the bridge)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would say a good part, but not all, of punk music use like three power chords in their songs, Im sure if you check out stuff from blink 182 or your fave punk band and you;ll find three chord songs no problem! Sorry I dont listen to much punk but I am aware of the style of play so I cant really name songs and stuff!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
