Spinal Tap's "Smell the Glove!." Originally supposed to be a man's hand with a woman down on all fours with a dog leash and collar around her neck!. Retail outlets like Kmart refused to carry the album, thus forcing Dennis Eaton-Hogg and the record company to issue the album with an all black cover!. There was nothing on the album cover at all, the entire thing was just black!.
