I very much doubt he will ever release another album which is half as successful as Thriller or Bad!. I'm sure he will release more albums!. They may get decent reviews (especially since expectations will always be fairly low) and they will sell (he will always have a legion of devoted fans), but he will never be as 'relevant' (charts, the cultural zeitgeist) as he once was!.
And this isn't a slight against just Michael, it's simply true of all aging artists!. Consider Paul McCartney!. Memory Almost Full is a very good pop album!. It received solid reviews and sold well!. A success story!. But you will never, or at least VERY rarely, hear it mentioned in the same breath as Ram or Band on the Run!. Same goes for David Bowie and Lou Reed and Roger Waters and all the other legends who are still active!. They will always have their fans, but 'the machine' is done pushing/hyping them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
