Question: Female guitarists your opinions!?
Well, im a 14 yr old girl now, and when im 16 I plan on trying to join a band!. I want everyones opinion on it, I read that Slash(guns'n'roses) didn't think it was a good idea because the bands with females in them just fell apart because people got jealous over the girl!.
But if it was like a no-drama type of girl, do you think I could have a shot!? I mean, im still prolly gonna join a band with or without peoples opinion, but I want to know everyones beliefs on females in a rock band!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Remember that Slash is a pretty high drama person, himself!. I would take anything he says with a fairly large grain of salt!. If you want to join a band and are good at your particular instrument (be it guitar or otherwise), then, more power to you!. Just remember to have fun with it, and, wether you and your band are successful or not, you will, at least have had a fun time!.
