Coke cowboy/Eastwood smile, sexy smile?!

Question: Coke cowboy/Eastwood smile, sexy smile!?
The recent question about this old Mel Tillis song got me wondering!. In the early 80s, when this song was fresh, I clearly remember hearing a version on the radio also by Mel where the line was " you got a sexy smile and Robert Redford hair"!. All the recordings of this number I've owned including LP had the more familiar " Eastwood smile" line!. Can anyone explain the differenceWww@Enter-QA@Com

OK, here's what I know!. I've heard both versions!. This song was featured in one of Eastwood's movies!. I think it was either Every Which Way but Loose or Any Which Way You Can, it has been many years since I've seen it but as i recall there is a scene in a bar where the song is playing in the background and I think they changed it because he was in the movie!. also, it may have been weird for Clint to film the scene and be in character while his name is being sung in a song in the background!. Redford is in both versions, but Eastwood is the changed lyric!. You are not crazy, he does say "sexy smile" in one of the versions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I remember the song from the old days and Eastwood smile is all I can ever remember hearing
Possibly the original was "sexy smile but Eastwood was added for marketability because he was on a hot streak at the time, with his campy movies

but looking for the lyrics you posted I get this

All other references I find refer to the Eastwood smile

No one is disputing or questioning that both star's names are in the same sentence
The question was whether or when sexy smile replaced Eastwood smile
