I've heard him use but I don't remember in what song, and he's 1/2 White and 1/2Puerto-Rican!. But Fat Joe uses it, DJ Khaled uses it, DJ Drama uses it, so he's not the only non-black person using it!. And check out this interview, he says, "But, you know, I’m Puerto Rican, so I can pretty much say it like a black guy!." How messed up is that!?
